업무내용 PURPOSE OF POSITION:    ·                Full responsibility for all marketing activities including the development of strategies, menu, asset, service vision, calendar, advertising, competitive analysis, positioning, targets & plans designed to achieve company revenue, profit, customer targets and goals PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  (Four to ten statements of accountabilities which can be observed or measured.)   ·                Provide strategic marketing direction to allow the company to achieve it’s growth potential. Galvanise marketing resources to build and leverage brand equity whilst at the same time drive same store sales. ·                Oversee development and approval of marketing policies, budgets, objectives and plans designed to achieve approved growth, revenue and profit targets, including detailed marketing plans featuring advertising, promotion, product mix, pricing, expenditure, etc., activities.  Direct and control execution of the approved marketing plans.  Report on sales/ marketing performance against budget and forecast.  Oversee and report on AMP expenditure.  Develop and oversee implementation of approved corrective action activities. ·                Consult and liaise with field operations (and other Departments) to enable effective execution and maximisation of marketing/sales programmes.  Oversee marketing support for field activities designed to achieve sales and profit objectives. ·                Direct and co-ordinate product development activities, making specific recommendations on new products, line extensions, packaging changes, etc. ·                Direct and approve all advertising and sales promotion activities and material.  Monitor and evaluate Agency(s) performance, and recommend changes as appropriate. ·                Direct and approve all market research projects, and maintain an overall research programme that encompasses advertising research, market potential, consumer attitudes, competitor information, etc., in line with MRD guidelines. ·                Provide input to strategic planning process, periodic review and update of strategic plans. ·                Develop, implement and oversee execution of an integrated public relations programme designed to enhance understanding and image of company amongst opinion leaders, employees and public generally. ·                Oversee translation of company marketing programmes into Franchisee markets, and provide Franchisees with timely advice on marketing, sales and public relations activities.  Provide leadership, review and control via periodic Town Hall meeting with them. ·                Direct and plan changes in staffing and reporting relationships in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.  Lead, motivate and oversee training and development of subordinates in order to achieve the Department's objectives and to provide candidates for succession, progression and growth.  Ensure that all personnel fully understand their accountabilities, and have the authority and expertise to achieve them. ·                Other duties as required.

자격조건 Specialised or Technical Knowledge/Skills 
·        University degree level qualification essential with major in marketing or business related discipline preferred.  Post graduate (MBA) qualification preferred.
·        Minimum 15 years of overall business experience with 5 years of classic marketing environment. Experience with retail, food service and/or multi-outlet industry is preferred.
·        Minimum three years in senior marketing position at policy making level in a consumer products company.
·        Experience in all facets of modern marketing management (sales forecasting, advertising, Digital Marketing, FA Business, sales promotion, product development, pricing, market research, etc., with emphasis on TV advertising).
·        Experience in corporate and/or strategic planning is preferred.
·        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build team environment in order to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets.
·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·        Previous experience with multi-national preferred (US based highly regarded).
·        High work ethic.
·        The ability to build, motivate, manage and develop strong Team
·        Building and sustaining relationship across all function and through all levels in an organization.
